Other Description, Special Projects: The Forum convenes, connects and builds capacity to advance positive youth development, working through six statewide networks: (1) 10 Regional Partner Organizations; (2) 5 community service-learning centers; (3) the Out-of-School Time Network, (4) the NM Youth Alliance; (5) the Youth Violence Prevention Network, and (6) the VISTA Cadre network.
